I have been having a headache and fever from 2 days so, someone consult me to take dolo medicine and yesterday fever is 104° but today morning I comes down to 100° but I have continuous headache

Hi,
You should get it investigated. Complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen, Malaria antigen test.
Continue Dolo. Take plenty of oral fluids. It seems a viral fever and usually subside within 3-5 days.
