Hello dear, your daughter is having infection, it can be due to so many causes. The medicine crocin is just for temporary relief from fever and pain. And Allegra is an anti allergic medication so it's unlikely to be effective in fever unless there are some rashes/urticaria or hay fever like illness. But since the fever is with chillis, it can be due to throat or chest infection commonly going these days. I would like you to explain symptoms so that appropriate medicine can be prescribed. Tc
