  4. Fever cold. Be given in empty stomach?

One and half years baby having cold fever,given p 125 syrup,but fever not reducing,doc suggested Ibugesic syrup if she has high fever ,but kid didn't eat well ,and vomitted somefood too,That Ibugesic can be given in empty stomach???

No, you should not give ibugesic or any other anti pyretics empty stomach. Give something to the child to eat before giving these medication.
