My son is 5 yr old and he is having fever 99.5. Sneezing from morning . What medicine i should give him

99.5 fever doesn't require any medicine. If uncomfortable, then loose clothes and place in a cool room.
If very high fever, then Paracetamol may be given. Dose is 15 mg/KG repeated every 6 hours.
Sneezing , if mild, also doesn't need any medicine. If irritating, then take Cetirizine. Dose is 2.5 mg (0.5 teaspoon) oral solution every Day; can increase to 5 mg every Day or 2.5 mg twice daily; not to exceed 5 mg every Day
Try blowing nose.
