  4. Fever body pain. Weakness , fainting!

Fever body pain
Fever since 2 days, not so high temperature, fever reduces after taking combiflam, but in few hours it is back again, so much pain in joints, weakness , fainting

Hi, Fever with multiple joint pain needs to be investigated. As in Delhi NCR we have started seeing cases of viral fevers like dengue etc.. Please get complete blood count, Dengue NS1 Antigen. Avoid combiflam, just take paracetamol (Crocin) 500mg SOS.. drink plenty of fluids and take healthy balance diet.
