Fever, body ache,little pain upper belly
I have fever from the night from 5th Jan. Also body ache, little pain on upper belly. I gone through medical test of widal which says it s typhi o 1:80 and s typhi H 1:40. Fever comes at evening and night. 100 F. headache is also there. What medicine should I take. Please suggest for quicker relief and joined at work.

Seems like you have got cold. Typical symptoms.
Wear lot of warm clothes, use heating , and take rest for few days . Also you would need few medicines to relieve your symptoms. You can start using paracetamol on as needed basis for few days.
