  4. Fever at 101. 3°C. Please help!

Fever at 101.3°C
I am having fever ranging between 99-101.5°C. Accompanied with body ache and blocked nose. Before I go to sleep tonight what should I do to not make my fever worse till morning. I have already taken crocin advance and paracetamol. Please help

Ok ..take zincold tablet ..or sinarest ..plenty of oral fluids and rest ..enough
