Fever and weakness

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've been having Bodyache and weakness for 3 days, Actually last week I was suffering from fever then I consulted a general physician he told me that, it was viral fever may take up to 5 days he gave me - Paracetamol Antibiotic B-complex I was getting recovered after taking the pills But from last three the problem persists. Please get me some advice
