Fever and vomiting
My son is having fever and he is one year old and he is not eating anything but he takes aptamil milk only, can I continue that and is there other option for feeding as he do not take breatmilk also.

After one year of age u can use cow milk also.
Give pcm syp. as per dose and soft diet.

During febrile phase, appetite decreased but make sure to give good hydration. Syp crocin for fever.
Next Steps
consult Pediatrician if fever lasted for.more than 48hours
