Fever and vomiting

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My newphew of 1year and 4months is not feeling well from afternoon. He had food in the afternoon but vomited out everything. He then had mild fever from afternoon. The fever at this moment is 99.7F. I am suspecting that he swallowed small 1mm plastic balls. I feel that is the reason for the symptoms like mild cough, fever and vomiting. Are these symptoms because of swalloing foreign objects?
