Fever and vomiting due to Dengue
My brother admitted in hospital last 4 days.his platelets continues going up and down. Whining 24 hrs his platelets going down twice. Is this normal or not. Pls suggest.

Please mention the absolute figure of platelet count. If already platelet count is at critical level then it is a cause for concern.
