  3. Dengue fever. I do please suggest!

Since Friday I was having headache, vomiting, and was feeling cold so on Sunday evening I went to hospital for checkup and in test it came out to be dengue positive but the blood platelets count was 157000 due to which doctor didn't admitted me saying it is normal just take care. But only problem I feel like vomiting but there is no actual vomiting. What should I do please suggest
