  3. Feeling cold. No cure. please advice me.

Feeling cold
From one month feeling cold without fever 3-4 times in a day and some times burning sensation while urinate. When I do some work start lower abdomen and back pain. I tested thairoid, urine RE& culture, semen culture, iron profile(87ug/dl), CBC, Vit- D3(90ng/ml), B12 (261ng/ml), KFT, USG-KUB,Malaria, all test are normal. I 2-3 doctor but no cure . Please advice me...
