Fever and tiredness
Hello doctor, from past 2 weeks I got fever around 99 to 100, 101 all day long , I took paracetamol tab but again I got fever in the morning. I had done all the tests including typhoid, malaria, they are all negative... But I had my esr level increased it is 32..I have to take my exam starting 9th may, but I am enable to study as I m tired all the day..I am medication of hypothyroid and also got neck pain because of excessive stress so doctors gave me some depression tablets also.

Hello..., so many conditions presents with fever ..viral ,autoimmune, bacterial infections, harmonal causes are there .. Its difficult to diagnose with short history.. ESR is not specific test
