Fever and stomach pain
My first symptom came on 4th April and tested covid positive on 7th april. I completely isolated myself in a room till 20th april and from then i did not went out from my home. Now again my fever is high with stomach pain and chilling. Can there is a possible that I am positive again

You should take Dolo650 and cold sponging to reduce temperature. Repeat covid test, see a physician if possible tomorrow.
