Fever and stomach ache
I have stomach ache since 3-4 days.... Diarrhoea, mild fever and a very bad headache and abdominal cramping ,body pain.
I thought it was some food poisoning initially and I took dolo 650 for reducing fever.... I'm still having same symptoms please suggest a remedy for it.
