From past 2 days I have fever not high but 99 to 100 and running nose and sneezing problem ..do I gonto test dengue or antibiotics will work

If you have already started antibiotic complete the antibiotic course. But it doesn't help in Viral Fever.
Take rest.
Drink ORS water.
Take Paracetamol 650mg if fever comes. (Not before 4 hrs of the previous dose)
Take steam Inhalation.
