Fever and red rashes

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My son who is 3 years old is suffering from fever in range 100-101 degree since last 7-8 days and red rashes over his body . His platelets count has also decreased from 1lkh to 60000 in past week. Tests of Dengue, Maleria, Covid, Typhoid all are negative. Kindly suggest the course of action.

tests done quite early in the febrile phase might come negative. if platelets have decreased and rashes are there, visit a pediatrician. he needs monitoring.

Where are the dengue, malaria or typhoid reports? Blood culture is required, very likely to have typhoid infection.
