Fever and neck pain pain from inside
I am having fever and body ache and little bit flame on my chest and feeling week also and when I swallow anything I feel pain in my neck from inside. I got fever 8 days back but I recovered within 3 days but again from day before yesterday I am having fever but not very high rite now. So anyone can prescribe me any medicine
