Fever and low platelet count

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Had a very high fever for three days, Had low fever on the fourth day. The platelet count(1.35l) and wbc count(3.5k) were below than normal on the third day. Also the NS1 antigen was found to be reactive on the third day. On the fifth day, wbc count(4k) but platelet count(1l). Today is sixth day, with wbc count(7.5k), platelet count(90k), no fever
