  4. Fever and headache. Fever and treatment?

Fever and headache
She is having fever for las 7 days. I have done all the tests like CBC, widal, maleria, liver...all are normal. CBC showed 11.2 as haemoglobin and ecr at 39. Doctor said ecr is high because of ulcerative colitis. What could be the possible reason for this fever and treatment? Currently she is taking 1 crocin when temperature is high. She is getting fever mainly between 3-4pm and then between 11-12pm everyday.
