Hi mostly you have TROPICAL FEVER. from how many days u r having fever? Depends on ur location & your exposire to mosquito bites we have to start treatment. Better get CBP, Smear for MP, If fever more than 5days get WIDAL TEST. and based on reports we have to plan treatment. Possibility.... malaria, typhoid, viral fever, other tropical fevers
