My daughter is 3 years old i uad given her calpal 250 mg 3.5 ml but fever has not come down..its 102.5. So can i give her meftal p.

Calpol contains paracetamol. An adequate dose of paracetamol is required to treat fever. Please let me know the weight of the child. So that I can tell you the proper dose of calpol.
