My 2 years daughter is having fever from 5 days. We are consulting to regular paediatric doctor. Attached blood report taken yesterday. Please suggest.

U child is suffering from acute infection , if it's taken at 5 days of fever n child is sick probably bacterial....better to start antibiotics (CRP very high).. also having anaemia (probably Iron deficiency anaemia)..
