Asked for Male, 34 Years

I was having fever (102) with stuffy nose, extreme headache, bodyaches, three days back. I consulted with doctor and was given the following medicine Azze 500 Dolo 650 montek lc grillinctus syrup Now I have no headache, bodyaches Nose is closed a little bit Mild coughing Fever is going down after taking paracetamol but is up around 99. 5 to 100 after 6/7hrs of each dose Should I do Covid test? Any change in medicine?
