Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear sir Suffering from fever and cough from last 3 days. Doctor prescribed azithral 500, vojet and calpol 650 . but when medicines are taken fever gone but come again . pl help if I have to change medicine. Urine clear and stool ok. Regards
