  4. Fever and cold. What should i do?

I have been suffering from fever and cold for past 5 days.When I take medicine for fever it gets reduced but after some it again rises up.I have pain in my throat also and little cough also.I have vomited 2 times in past 2 days.Could it be viral fever or something else..what should I do?
