Hello doctor, I have fever of 100- 101 degrees since yesterday and have taken dolo 650 for the same. Also I have nasal congestion and wet cough. I had taken second dose of covishield on Friday. Also, I was diagnosed with typhoid fever 2 months back. Please help with your expert advice for the present symptoms and the steps to be taken. Thank you.

Do a blood test cbc report. Might be due to post vaccine issues.if fever doesn't come down within next two days take antibiotic and do blood test.
