  4. Fever and chest congestion, 2 yr old boy

Fever and chest congestion, 2 yr old boy
For the past 2 days, my 2 year old son has fever and subsequently had chest congestion alongwith cough. I have given him CROCIN for fever and TARIFIC syrup for cough. But the chest congestion and cough is not subsiding. What do i do?
