I am lactating mother... and today I have fever around 100.1 degrees I took dolo 650.. When can I breastfeed my baby ? She is completely on breastfeed... is it safe ?

One reason for fever is breast enlargement. If that is the reason, you may have to withhold breast feeding. Otherwise your treatment may continue and you can breast feed the baby. You should clarify from the treating doctor if the medicines given are safe during lactation.
