My daughter of 11yrs and 35 kg weight is suffering from fever and body pains. Can she take Dolo 650 half tablet? I heard that kids can take maximum of 1000mg paracetamol per day. Is it true? If yes can she take half tablet of Dolo 650?

Yes , you can give her half tablets three times a day .and keep her hydarted as dehydration can increase your body temperature .
