Tablet - Paracitamol 500 mg for pain
Tab- Amoxyclav 625 mg 2 time per day for 3-5 days
Tab- Vizylac one time per day
Syrup- Ambrolyte - s 5ml 2 time per day
Syp- Multivitamin A to Z 2 time per day .
