Fever &and throat pain. Work anythig.

I have had a fever for a 63 day's ago and it has not changed yet.  Initially the first two days started with terrible headaches.  It was followed by a slight fever and two days later a diarrhea started.  Then after that the fever and fatigue was all over and 25 days later I started having a minor sore throat,body pain and now it is a terrible sore throat for 10 days.  Like something stuck in my throat.  Don't know what.  Sometimes it's too severe at night.after this I consulted many doctors through practo app&on my near hospital doctors,they prescribe for covid test ,test result was negetive, both physician and ENT they prescribe some medicine for that..it was Tab azihral 250 mg ,tab nicip plus,tab pan-d ,tab augmentin,tab sinarest levo,betadine gargle i try everything but didn't work anythig...
