  4. Fever, 3. 5yr old son. After every 8hrs.

Fever, 3.5yr old son
My son is having fever since yesterday. The fever ranges between 99.7 till 100 degree. Doctor have suggested to give paracetamol 250 for 6ml on SOS basis but the thing is fever is regained after sometime. Can I give the medicine I. e paracetamol after every 8hrs.
