Hello Ma'am. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Kindly go for investigations as follows :
1. NS1ANTIGEN for Dengue fever
2. Complete blood count
3. MP SELOLOGY FOR MALARIA
4. Rapid Typhidot Igm for typhoid.
Until the reports, you can have 1000 mg of 2 tablets of crocin 500 mg each as required. Cause if it is Dengue fever, we cannot prescribe you other than paracetamol for headache and Bodyache. Kindly come to practo chat with reports for your treatment part. Regards.
