Fever 102.5
My 23.5 months old kid has fever since Wednesday.. took him to local doctor they prescribed Cronin drops 1.2 ml and azee 200 mg 2.5 ml - once for 5 days. Tonight will be his last dose but he still has fever 102.5 and a little cranky too. Does not accept any food. His weight is 10.2 kgs . Today doctor is not available as it is Sunday. Please suggest

Since 5 days your kid has fever, so blood investigations required...
At present give calpol 250 syp 3.5 ml for fever...plenty of liquids orally....
Does your kid has any other symptoms??

Your son is having high fever for 5 days, you have get him investigated for fever now.
Next Steps
If temperature is more than 101 degF, you can give Meftal-p Syr 3 ml 8 hrly (after food)
Not eating because of fever and sometimes Azee can cause gastritis. Give food or liquids in small quantity in frequent intervals.
