Give paracetamol as per dose if temperature is more than 100.4F. As fever is since 2 days, you should consult pediatrician and if needed investigation should be done.
Next Steps
Do online video consultation or in person consultation at clinic

Hi. Give paracetamol 6 hrly and wait for a day. If fever doesn’t settle then consult a nearby paediatrician, she will require blood and urine tests.
