My baby is having 100°C fever. We have given her fevago medicine and seems she has shivering as well. Please suggest

Hello.. Well you need to give the medicine every 6-8 hours once ..Then only the fever will reduce and also make sure that you don't let the temperature go high...Hope you understand...Meet a paediatrician as we need to examine the baby for suggesting further...Thank you
