Weight is reasonably ok but not only the weight but as a whole the size of the fetus is assessed by ultrasound.so follow advice of your gynecologist and high protein diet

Hi there,
1.2 kg weight at 30 weeks is fine.
If you have got Doppler scan done with this scan and if it's normal don't worry.
1.2 kg is decent weight.
If everything else is going fine then you just need to concentrate on high protein diet... ( Protein poeder, paneer etc)
You can add cap astymin forte twice a day and gyargin sachet once a day with water. These will help in gaining weight.
