Fertility related issue
Hi doctor. I am trying for pregnancy curre ntly. But my bmi is in the obesity class. So i am doing surya namaskar 20 rounds daily. And other fertility related yoga poses. What my doubt here is that i need to stop these yoga practise after ovulation inorder to get pregnancy. Does this yoga will reduce my chances of implantation if i do after my ovulation . Can you help on this to under better.

Yoga will not interfere with ovulation or implantation. However only yoga will also not help u to loose weight. Proper diet according to ur weight ( calorie deficit) with exercise will do. Also get ur basic fertility tests done for both partners. Best luck

Yoga will not reduce your chances of conception. You should get the basic investigations for Infertility like husband's semen analysis, your sonography for Follicular study and also Sonosalpingography to assess the patency of tubes. After that you should consult a Gynaecologist for further information regarding the fertile window when you can conceive.
