Female attraction, confused, overtalks
Hi Doctors, Please find the attached MRI report of my father of age 67.
Symptoms:
Female attraction : Nowadays he is attracted to females and talking to mostly Females which he never done before
Confused : Sometimes he is confused and does unnecessary expenditure.
Overtalks: He is intentionally Hurting my mother and family people with his uncomfortable words and over talks.
My father was never like this earlier. Can you please give your opinion on this case.
Medical history:
Covid attacked and admitted hospital for 8 days in May 2021.
BP
Diabetes
Mild Thyroid - 0.53 mIU/mL

Mri shows changes in frontal area which can cause these symptoms
Is there any family h/o mental disorder?
Ur father needs urgent treatment
Show him to a psychiatrist as well as a neurologist
He should be started on mood stabiliser and low dose antipsychotic medication
Don’t worry ur father will be fine ,

Sir Based on the symptoms, ur father seems to be having a NeuroPsychiatric disorder, but it requires a detailed evaluation and work up.. Patient needs to be seen in person for him to be treated accordingly..
