This seems to involve multiple joints dysfunction. Urine incontinence can occur due to mainy reasons, one may be related to lumbar spine. If it's that, then that will affect your knee movements. Pain in shoulder & hand maybe due to problem related to cervical spine which occurs due to long sitting hours. One needs to look after changing in positions in long hour sitting.
