Low BP after medicines can cause dizziness, weakness and a feeling of anxiety, but inability to speak, move normally or sleep needs prompt assessment. Check her BP and pulse during symptoms. Do not give extra doses or stop regular medicines without her treating doctor.
If BP remains very low, or she faints, has chest pain, breathlessness, confusion or one-sided weakness, take her to emergency care immediately.
Next Steps
Arrange a same-day review with her medication list and BP readings; the doctor may need to adjust medicines and check glucose/electrolytes. You may book a Practo consultation for a medication review.
