My mothers bp gets increaded in the morn
My mothers bp increases in the morning nd every day in d mid night she gets severe headachs....wat should she do to cure bp.... Her face has become darker.. chin area gets a lot of acne... on chim areas she feels irritation daily from the last 5 years... please tell us wat should we do... i love my mom ..

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I also love my mom, we all love our moms.
There is no cure for high blood pressure, it can just be kept in control with medicines and proper diet.
So firstly, she should without fail take all her medications on time.
If she is not on medication, then you'd Gould take her to a physician.
She should avoid pickles, papads, soy sauce and have a salt restricted diet.
She should do at least 30 minutes walking everyday at her own pace.
