Felling sour test in mouth

Sir, I have been suffering from crohn's disease since 2018. Taking mesacol od, azoran, livogen, shelcal ,Pan 40. My current problem is black stool , incomplete evacuation, sour test in mouth, burning sensation of throat while sleep.what is the probable cause of these sypmtoms pls reply.

Black stools indicate blood in stools. First get stool occult blood test. Then based on test further evaluation can be planed.

If the stools are jet tarry black then it needs evaluation. The burning in throat etc may be because of acid reflux. The incomplete evacuation happens because of crohns.
