Fell from steps
My daughter is 1 year she was going around in Walker suddenly she fell from steps it was around 10 steps on her left side back of the ear she is having scratch and pain and left hand little scratches and pain we gave her ice pack for both ear and hand what to do ??any signs of fracture ??

Hi madam, this is Dr. Praveen podali. Happy to help you. Is there any signs of swelling at the hand, definately can be fracture. But in 1 year old child, no need to worry. Even though if fracture is there will heal by conservative methods like slab r cast application will do. Kindly get the X-ray of left hand with wrist aap n lateral views
