Fell a month ago got injury on l wrist.
I fell a month ago and got injury on left wrist. I went to a doctor in locality who has x-ray machine. He did the x-ray and said no fracture is there and pain would go in 12 days. I am still not able to bend my wrist, only 20-30 degrees bending. I went to orthopaedic specialist and he advised me surgery. Please suggest.

Why did the orthopaedic consultant asked you to go for surgery? Have u been x- rayed again? What does the X-ray report says?
If you haven't got any report, get yourself x-rayed and get report from them. That would clarify your situation.

Kindly do a repeat xray as well as mri if needed to be sure of what is the cause of the issue. And if surgery which type of surgery has been suggested?
