It is not advisable to take any psychotropic medication without proper review of symptoms and dose of medication by a psychiatrist.
Self medicating and self adjustment of dose is not advisable.
If you had stopped medication 3 years ago, you need to consult a psychiatrist for assessment to see whether their is need of medication or not.
