Feels like a have bp cuff on my left arm

Asked for Female, 21 Years

For the past 2 days my left arm has felt like I've had a bp cuff on. When I extend it sometimes there's a sharp feeling in the crook of my elbow. I've also had wrist pain when i turn it a certain way for the past 2months. And back pain for 7 months.
