Hi, Such kind of symptoms are mostly related to sinus diseases, which can be allergic or not allergic. It is very important that you do not ignore the symptoms and start treatment early. Else such problem keep lingering for a long time. I will need to talk to you to to diagnose the possible cause of your problem. We may also require some test for diagnosis. Once your diagnosis is done then only proper treatment can be suggested, as taking only symptomatic treatment will be of little use. Till you consult you can start taking steam inhalation twice daily irrespective of the symptoms.
